Randy Norwood | Chief Operational Officer

Randy Norwood, Operational Director of 10-35 Tactical Solutions.

Randy is considered one of the foremost authorities on Confidential Commercial and Film Production Techniques in California. Randy has worked for the world’s leading manufacturers in electronic devices for over a decade as the Senior Lead Officer on a multitude of Black Confidential Commercial Productions.

He also served as a Police Investigator and provided testimony in both State and Federal Courts on drug and homicide cases, and has been classified as an expert in the field on Juvenile Gang Investigations and Human Trafficking.

Randy attended San Diego State University where he received a degree in Criminal Justice. He has also been a guest speaker at numerous police conferences and seminars as an expert on Street Gang Investigations. Randy has worked as a Police Supervisor for both State and Federal Law Enforcement Agencies, retiring at the Federal Rank of Sergeant.

Nathan Tapper | Logistics Officer

Nathan Tapper graduated from San Bernardino College where he received his degree in Criminal Justice. After college he joined the Probation Department of San Bernardino County where he received numerous departmental accommodations for his dedication to public safety.

Later lateraling to the Housing Authority for the city of Los Angeles as a Housing Authority Police Officer. And finally completing his career as a Federal Police Officer with the Department of Defense. Nathan is currently enlisted in the State National Guard and is assigned to the 223rd Training Regiment as a Sr. Sergeant of Training NCO/ TAC and Logistics.
